AOC FITNESS ASSESSMENT
- Before beginning your semi-private group conditioning sessions or private personal training fitness sessions, we sit down and have a FREE AOC Blueprint to Success strategy session with you. This session will include an assessment to correctly pinpoint exactly what your needs and goals are, discussion of your medical history, and an evaluation of your kinetic chain functional performance. The assessment creates a blueprint of the client’s current musculoskeletal status and provides the necessary information to determine the client’s baseline movement profile. After the Blueprint to Success session, your AOC trainer will evaluate the findings and take them into consideration during your workouts. If you choose to do AOC’s personal training sessions, you will have a specific individualized program tailored to your needs and goals.
5-MAX GROUP CONDITIONING SESSIONS
- Tired of the ‘cookie-cutter’ circuits on the market and frustrated with your fitness goals and results? Try our 5-Max Group Conditioning Sessions which are perfect for the busy individual looking for a fun, challenging, and fat-burning workout in 30 minutes. For those with a solid fitness base and looking to truly challenge their athletic potential, the 5-Max conditioning workout is your call to arms! In minimal time frames, we get faster results, better results, and lasting results! To address the need for some individual programming and specific awareness and attention to our clients, we cap our Group Conditioning Sessions at 5 people maximum.
1 ON 1 PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
