I thought I didn’t have a bad shape before I was addicted to the almost daily workout with Natasha and Alan four months ago. I thought my physical condition was not that bad before they adjusted my posture, the way of engaging core, driving glutes and squeezing shoulder blades, and even standing properly. But the more I work with them, the more I realize I got to reshape my whole body structure and take and practice their any piece of advice and instruction.

When I had a chance to return to the mat of a martial art dojo, I felt my round-house kicks were more surprisingly powerful and efficient as I turned my hips. The daily practice of knee drives got my knee kicks more penetrating and powerful. I can get more balanced and stable when I throw jab, cross, and hook punches. I feel I have better knowledge and habit on squeezing my bum, pulling in and up my belly button, and getting shoulders down when I do any other types of movement. The improved cardio also helps me last longer in other sports.

I believe the results came from the constant correction, adjustments and pushes by the two passionate professional trainers: Natasha and Alan. They watch you all the way and may customize the exercises according to your condition.

Wasn’t sure about joining a program, but you can sign up for sessions on your own schedule, and classes are small — no more than six people with one or two trainers.

The great thing is that you learn how to do each exercise correctly, and Natasha and Alan are expert coaches –they demonstrate, mentor and train as you learn and progress. The other members are friendly and the half-hour workouts make you sweat, with an always-changing series of short but challenging routines.

Since I started at AOC I feel better every day, continue to pay attention to my fitness and health even when I’m not at the gym, and I look forward to every class.

I’ve never ever kept with a gym program before and it’s been years since I regularly worked out. There’s a million excuses why and I’m sure you’ve heard them all!

I really just want (express) how much I appreciate coming to the gym and training with you (guys). I feel so much better than I did a month ago “I have more energy and patience for the kids (which is first on the priority list), I feel stronger and my pooch is hanging out less now that I hear your voice telling me to engage my core all the time.
